A few years back my sister started a journey learning about Chakras.  Cynical Nykia, rolled her eyes and said, “There goes Maunzel being all DEEP and stuff”.  However, 2017 was a year of examination into spiritual and emotional balance.  I started some research of my own to gain some understanding.  The information resignated with me.  Now that I was ready to jump in with both feet, I reached out to Maunzel for a complete introduction.

She begin to explain that chakras are the centers of spiritual power in the human body, usually considered to be seven in number. The seven refers to the different vortex points of the energy in the body.  Chakras are involved in our day to day movements.  Just like your schedule, it is essential create balance so no one point is over or under active.
